A specific divine assignment to establish and expand a healing ministry that operates with structure, training, and global reach. This mandate includes raising healing ministers, establishing systems for healing encounters, and expanding healing ministry into nations.

The cell system is central to WOTMI — it ensures the vision reaches homes, communities, and individuals. Every cell is a unit of multiplication, accountability, and pastoral care. This is where doctrine becomes lifestyle and where leaders are first identified and raised.

Outreach to the incarcerated — bringing the message of identity in Christ to those society has forgotten. Because the truth that sets free is not limited by bars or walls. Every prisoner who encounters Christ encounters the same mandate: you are defined by Him, not by your past.
